Pipeline Real Estate Investments was founded by Joe Gardner in November 2007 with the hilosophy
of providing investors and owners a more personal investment experience that can only be
achieved at a smaller boutique firm.

Joe has worked in the Utah real estate market brokering apartment properties for nearly five years and in that time has sold over 1,600 units valued at more than $110,000,00.   His career began at Marcus and Millichap where Joe created an extensive apartment database of apartment buildings and owners in Salt Lake City.  This database also includes property as far south as Provo and as far north as Logan.   After a year at Marcus and Millichap Joe decided to move to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate and partner with Greg Ratliff.  Following three prosperous years at NAI, Joe founded his own apartment brokerage, realizing one of his long term goals. 
Joe has provided a professional and valuable perspective to both buyers and sellers of investment property, condo conversions and student housing.  Joe's knowledge of the apartment market in Utah has enabled many of his clients to maximize their selling price and has assisted investors in identifying and creating value.
